Convenient parking and shuttle

Disliked: Front entrance closed off due to maintenance, no signage to direct where to go for check in

Very disappointing and would not...

Liked: It was a convenient location to downtown and had many food/shopping options nearby.
Disliked: There was major construction going on which was loud and left most of the restaurant shut down which was very disappointing. The elevators were also being worked on which slowed things down a bit. The pool, which we were looking forward to the most, was disgusting. The drains around the pool had a black sludge build up on them, items left by guests were not picked up for days including used bandaids🤢, the bathroom was gross and the pool water was cloudy.

Liked: We did not have breakfast bed was soft and good to sleep on
Disliked: There was not many channels on the tv 2 ice machines were not working so I had to search around for ice not enough towels in the room for showering for 2 days was not worth the amount of money charged to stay there
