Room was not ready until 9. People booked in the same rooms and an out of control rude front desk clerk.

Disliked: Worst experience ever!

Liked: The room was bigger than I expected and the stuff was very nice and made us feel like we were home. Very happy with our stay!

Will stay again if necessary...

Liked: The associates were very attentive, and friendly.The room was nice and clean and it being near freeway ,made it easy to get to my daughters graduation..
Disliked: Breakfast included with stay.

Disliked: Construction, construction, construction made the front lobby unusable.Main elevator was out of order the entire visit. Restaurant staff seemed put out we were even there.Cleanliness not what I would expect.

OK, except the elevator issue.

Disliked: After getting in the elevator, and entering the floor that I needed to go to, the elevator light shut off, and all buttons stopped working. I pushed the alarm button for about 5 minutes. After about 7 minutes, the door opened. It was scary!

Overall my stay was pleasant,...

Liked: I enjoyed the stay, private, quiet, clean and spacious. Enjoyed they had a bar and restaurant on premises and room services makes things more interesting. Oh before I forget, the cookie upon arrival added the cherry on top.
Disliked: I did not like the parking, a little confusing, the rooms were a little far away and entrance was hidden.
