Why Concert-goers love it

This hotel is in a peaceful spot only a few miles from Pittsburgh’s major music venues, making it perfect for winding down after a high-energy night. You’ll appreciate the quiet location, plus there's free parking, and it’s just a short ride-share away from the venue action. With a late 12 PM checkout and a variety of food options available on-site, it’s easy to sleep in and recharge the next day.

Who this Hotel is great for

  • Groups of friends – Spread out and relax in spacious rooms after a night out.
  • Solo travelers – Safe, clean, and easy to navigate for those flying solo to see their favorite artist.
  • Couples – A cozy weekend base with easy access to downtown nightlife.

Food and Drink Options

Late-night cravings? You’re covered. The hotel offers dinner at the Champions Club lounge and lunch via the Bistro Market Place. While there’s no 24/7 room service, the on-site dining options are solid, and there are casual eateries within walking or driving distance. Breakfast is served on-site at Season’s Restaurant, perfect for those slow post-concert mornings.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself doesn’t host live music, it’s close to downtown Pittsburgh’s best bars and music spots. After-concert drinks are easy to come by, and if you’re looking to keep the night going, nearby lounges and clubs are just a short ride away. Prefer a quiet nightcap? The Champions Club lounge offers a relaxed vibe and drinks without leaving the hotel.

What People Say

Guests love the clean rooms, friendly staff, and the easy access to downtown without the downtown price tag. Many mention the free parking as a big plus, especially for those driving in for a show. The pools and fitness center are also a hit for travelers looking to unwind before or after a big night.

Areas for Improvement

While the location is convenient, it’s not walkable to downtown venues—you’ll likely need a car or ride-share. Some guests note that the hotel can feel a little dated in certain areas, but most agree it’s clean and comfortable.

Becky, Ephrata

Because the GPS address shows up as the "old one" we ended up being late to our concert. The front desk guy was at least able to give good directions. If you know this is a problem, it should be fixed for the amount of $ we paid.

Liked: Yummy cookies.
Disliked: GPS is wrong. Very hard to find.

BUGS

Disliked: Room 1308 had bugs in it. Complaint was made, and nothing was done about it. Thank goodness I had reserved 2 rooms because all of us piled into room 1310 not wanting to deal with bugs. Called the front desk as soon as the bugs were discovered, and all I got was a Sorry mam, there is nothing I can do. Seeking out the manager the next morning and could only get a supervisor. We did not even get our money back for room 1308 that we did not even stay in. I would at least like our money back for the one night. No one even came to check the bug room. All I got was sorry, mam. Have pictures, and so does the motel. Requesting refund for the one night that room 1308 was uninhabitable and nothing was done. They did find us another room for the second night, room 1305, after talking and giving pictures to the supervisor. How could bugs in the room not be taken care of. The night supervisor acted like he could care less. Cut me off from the conversation real quick.

Passable

Liked: The bed was comfortable. The amenities were good. The front desk receptionist named Rasul was rude and incompetent. She had an attitude which was not good. Poor Customer service. Upon checking in I gave her a copy of the reservation and she asked are you staying for one night? I proceeded to tell her that the reservation was for four nights as stated on the reservation paper. Which she had already glanced over. Upon checking out, I informed her that my name was Nelida Mejia. She says I see that your name is Christie. I reiterated that my name was Nelida Mejia. She then proceeded to tell me that she found my account. I requested that she give me a receipt for the charges. She stated that since I booked with booking.com they don’t give out receipts. I told her that I have been around the world in many different hotels and have booked through booking.com and I am always given a receipt as I check out. I also told her that the pending amount was over the actual amount and she told me to read a small plaquewhich was on the counter. I proceeded to tell her I’m right in front of you speak to me. She finally gave me the receipt and not such a pleasant manner. She has no customer service etiquette.
Disliked: What I didn’t like about the property has been stated above.
