Breakfast is served on-site at Season’s Restaurant, perfect for those slow post-concert mornings.

Nightlife Options

While the hotel itself doesn’t host live music, it’s close to downtown Pittsburgh’s best bars and music spots. After-concert drinks are easy to come by, and if you’re looking to keep the night going, nearby lounges and clubs are just a short ride away. Prefer a quiet nightcap? The Champions Club lounge offers a relaxed vibe and drinks without leaving the hotel.

The pools and fitness center are also a hit for travelers looking to unwind before or after a big night.

Areas for Improvement

While the location is convenient, it’s not walkable to downtown venues—you’ll likely need a car or ride-share. Some guests note that the hotel can feel a little dated in certain areas, but most agree it’s clean and comfortable.

Becky, Ephrata

Because the GPS address shows up as the "old one" we ended up being late to our concert. The front desk guy was at least able to give good directions. If you know this is a problem, it should be fixed for the amount of $ we paid.

Liked: Yummy cookies.
Disliked: GPS is wrong. Very hard to find.

We will continue to stay...

Liked: Beautiful Hotel, Nice Lobby area
Disliked: I hesitate to bring this up, but given the price of $247.00 per night, I expected courteous service from the employees during breakfast. When we requested that one of the staff members remove the empty dishes from our table so we could continue enjoying the breakfast buffet, we received a dismissive look and an unpleasant attitude in response. Please consider providing better training for your employees. Thank you.

Comfortable and clean hotel!

Liked: Clean, comfortable bedding, good AC. Great location to downtown Pittsburgh. Friendly staff.
Disliked: Some items falling apart like the soap bottle wasn’t installed properly and left to be on shelf. The plug on bathtub is missing and in the morning they run out of cold water, so that the shower running very hot. This is very strange for not being reported by the house keeper for breakage. I didn’t have time to let the hotel know. But after all it is good enough for us to go back the second time. This is just a constructive input.

Good

Liked: It was very clean and comfortable
Disliked: Taking a shower, the water was ice cold. Brushed my teeth, and the water was extremely hot. I thought the handles to the faucet were switched around, infact that was not the case. Both faucet hands were hot.

BUGS

Disliked: Room 1308 had bugs in it. Complaint was made, and nothing was done about it. Thank goodness I had reserved 2 rooms because all of us piled into room 1310 not wanting to deal with bugs. Called the front desk as soon as the bugs were discovered, and all I got was a Sorry mam, there is nothing I can do. Seeking out the manager the next morning and could only get a supervisor. We did not even get our money back for room 1308 that we did not even stay in. I would at least like our money back for the one night. No one even came to check the bug room. All I got was sorry, mam. Have pictures, and so does the motel. Requesting refund for the one night that room 1308 was uninhabitable and nothing was done. They did find us another room for the second night, room 1305, after talking and giving pictures to the supervisor. How could bugs in the room not be taken care of. The night supervisor acted like he could care less. Cut me off from the conversation real quick.
