Disappointing stay

Liked: Location was good: close to the main street of Timesquare and easy access to the train.
Disliked: I booked 3 X King Rooms and upon check-in I was told they dont have any King Rooms Available. For the price I paid and the fact that the booking was confirmed, it was disappointing that our Rooms were not secured for us. We were given Rooms with 2 x double beds and the receptionist seemed not interested and did not even apologise for our inconvenience. The rooms were not comfortable for couples as the bed was too small and the room was cluttered due to extra beds. Very small storage cupboard that could barely fit 1 suitcaseFacilities are minimal: paper coffee cups not replaced daily, ice machine on the floor was not working, basic toiletries provided

Disliked: only 4 elevators are not enouth for all the room incl. rooftopThere is no space in the room for suitcases, a closet completely inadequate, no cloakroom, not even a coat hookin the bathroom there is no room for the toiletry bag

Pleasant

Liked: The location is nice for the money, nothing special but at least close to the city centre and there is a citi bike stand 2 minutes away.
Disliked: Room is small and dirty, elevators are really slow, you will have to wait a lot. Breakfast is expensive and for the money it is terrible with only few items to choose from. The coffee is terrible filter coffee.
