It was okay

Liked: The room was quiet and had a nice bed. I appreciate the staff handing out cookies and water for the long wait for check-in. Checkout was quick and simple.
Disliked: The keylock and cards were tricky. A mini fridge would have been cool. The elevators took a little while, but that was to be expected with the volume of people. If water bottles were available in rooms, that would be nice. Unrelated to staying at the hotel, but trying to get in contact with them prior to this day to guarantee check-in time was extremely difficult.

Disliked: It was over crowded and the night that the rooftop was working you could have waited for a elevator for like 10 minutes

Liked: It was nearby Times Square
Disliked: It wasn’t clean properly and our room was full of dust. Shower wasn’t working good and also mini-bar/fridge and locker weren’t included in the room. In general was okay but with a 4 stars hotel I expect more. The best part was free cookies and water.

Very good

All in all, a terrific...

Liked: The location! It was very conveniently located close to everywhere we needed/wanted to go to during our stay. The room was very clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. The bellhop was very friendly and helpful, from checking in our bags early so we could wander around without having to haul them with us, to hailing a cab for us at the end of our trip!
Disliked: The extremely long wait for the elevators. There were times that we waited over 10 minutes just for an elevator to arrive. But, I do realize there was a cosplay convention in the area and the hotel was very busy, so we just dealt with it.

Rooms small but decent, elevator...

Liked: Location was nice, rooms were decent and the rooftop bar was nice
Disliked: The elevator situation is awful, the hotel clearly feels run down and is in desperate need of some TLC. Walking along the street you pass by many similar hotels which smell lovely and have a nice modern finish, no elevator queues etc. Then you land at this place and you are a little disheartened.
