Perfect location to explore NY...

Liked: The location was perfect! Near Times Square, and near a lot of sightseeings, everything in walking-distance. The rooms are very small, you couldn’t open your suitcase anywhere else besides on the bed, but that’s common in NY. Rooms were clean, coffee/tea facilities available and an ice-machine in the hallway. Employees were friendly. Housekeeping available at request and no extra charge.
Disliked: The airconditioning makes a lot of noise, we tried to turn it off during the night, but then it’ll become very warm in no time. Breakfast available at hotel but starts at USD 25 per person, it was cheaper to buy breakfast in a restaurant outside the hotel.

lovely hotel with great staff

Liked: The hotel room was clean and the staff were very friendly. Even before the trip, they clarified that even tho I am under 21 but over 18, I could stay.
Disliked: The Empire State View Room was ok, as I was given a lower floor, so I couldn't really see it. The room looked bigger in the pictures. The area was central to everything, so I did feel unsafe in the surrounding areas, but the hotel itself was secure.

Disliked: The beds are somewhat short for a 6ft6 person.

Perfect location in the city

Liked: Perfect location for our first time in NYC, the room was very spacious & we had a perfect view of The Empire State Building & the rooftop bar area had fantastic views of the city at night. Our room was very clean and had everything we could possibly need.
Disliked: N/A
