Liked: The view was nice
Disliked: That such a high profile hotel has no microwave for guests to use. Such a shame really.

Liked: Great location, 5 minute walk from train station, Metro, Hudson Yard and Times square.Exctreemly nce staff, good lobby and bar.
Disliked: Rooms feel a little dated

Liked: Very nice location, clean room, not a bad noice cancellation so it was quite comfortable to sleep. Nice that the hotel offers some treats like a free cocktail, popcorn (but we didn't manage to get it since it's given at specific hours)
Disliked: For some reason warm water stopped flawing after one minute of showering, so my whole family had to shower with cold water. Hair conditioner was empty.

Liked: Staffs were all kind, beds were comportable, and location is the best. Especially, I really appreciated to Michael regarding providing a refrigerator, i could store my medicine safely.
Disliked: When cheking in or out, it would be better if outside parking coupon was issued earlier before requesting it.I was told i needed a coupon for the discount when i visited there.

Extremely Noisy and poor value...
Disliked: To the management,I am writing to express my dismay regarding an unfortunate incident that occurred during my recent stay at your hotel in New York City. Upon checking in, my party was provided with keys to a room that was already occupied by other guests.This oversight not only caused inconvenience but also created a potentially uncomfortable and embarrassing situation for both my party and the guests who were already occupying the room. It is concerning that such a fundamental error occurred during the check-in process, and it reflects poorly on the standard of service provided by your establishment.Also, and most importantly I was greatly disappointed by the poor noise isolation provided by the windows in my room.Throughout the duration of my stay, I was constantly disturbed by the excessive noise from the street below, which made it difficult for me to rest and relax. Despite my attempts to mitigate the noise by closing the windows, earplugs…, it still persisted and significantly impacted the quality of my stay.As a frequent traveler, I have stayed in numerous hotels around the world, and I must say that the lack of proper noise isolation in your establishment is unacceptable, especially considering the premium rates charged for accommodations in New York City.I kindly request that you take immediate action to address this issue to ensure a more comfortable experience for your guests in the future. Whether it be through the installation of soundproof windows or other measures, I urge you to prioritize the comfort and satisfaction of your guests.
