Liked: Friendly staff and cleaned room
Disliked: There is no bathtub

Liked: Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and very comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection of food. The location is excellent, a real transport hub. My stay, as always was very pleasant.
Disliked: Just one little thing. Every time I'm there I have to ask for milk in the room to be replenished. They always do it immediately I ask but it should be part of cleaning to replace, tea, coffee, milk, etc.

Ideally located for theatre trip.

Disliked: Parking was a little difficult - whilst we were lucky to get a space (only about 10) it was so tight to get in- just be aware if you have a big car!

Liked: Nice hotel, comfy bed, great blackout curtains
Disliked: Cookie they gave us had nuts in, very bad for people with allergies. need something that people with allergies can eat. They also didn’t replenish the milk in the rooms so couldn’t make a cup of tea on our second day

Disliked: Staff couldn’t have cared less about service most made it very clear they did not want to be there. Terrible customer service
