Liked: The waiter was by himself and did not get stressed out. They need supervisors that supervise!!
Disliked: The waiter was by himself at dinner but it wasn’t crowded so no biggy. Someone from the kitchen helped clean tables. The next morning, breakfast tickets were passed out, he was still the only one and no one was helping. Finally someone from banquets came and sent two employees to help with clean up and then i think another one waited tables with him. He was amazing!!

Convenient but not great

Liked: Convenient to Morton Arboretum. Didn’t use any hotel amenities. Carpet was worn and tearing away at the seams in hallways. Elevator was slow, only 2/3 working with a full hotel. Rooms are dated, no digital clock in room, tv was small compared to today’s standards and other hotels. Shower was very tight with soap/shampoo right in the middle of the wall, could have placed in another location in shower. My husband had to stand sideways in shower because of this. Toilet seat was very loose, moved every time you used it.
