Liked: Space room. Free shuttle service.
Disliked: Although I understand every good/bad thing happens in one set, I have got so many uncomfortable experiences. - I sent a message to ask a question. And, it was answered after two days. - When I arrived at the airport, I called the front desk and it was answered in about 10 minutes. Additionally, the clerk was not polite. - For check-in, I had to wait almost 10 minutes. The clerk said the computer system was not working only when I asked the reason why. - Although I had booked my room with breakfast, the clerk said I had to pay for it. Later, she corrected it. - Wi-fi was not working in my room. I had to go down to front desk and got a different password. - Free bottles of water was provided only when I asked where I can buy some water. - For the breakfast, foods/coffee/fork and knives were not filled up immediately.

Liked: Room and bed very comfortable, Staff found a solution due to booking.com reservation cancellation. Free shuttle service is sweet. Great location as it is near N & Out burger

Quiet and clean
Liked: Room was clean and nice. Your standard hotel expectations were met.
Disliked: Room was in need of basic services. Water pressure was low due to calcium build up and AC was loud due to dirty unwashed air filters.

Liked: The buffet, it was great having a boar and able to eat dinner when you wake up or I late night snack. It was great having it inside the hotel
