Liked: We loved it! Especially the host Pan Wiktor exceeded our expectations with excellent service. Facilities, swimming pool, saunas, the restaurant- amazing!
Disliked: There was not enough time to enjoy everything! Need to book more nights next time

Lovely hotel but not ideal...

Liked: Lovely hotel. Very clean, the staff are lovely and breakfast was good. We enjoyed the pool and sauna which were usually very quiet. We had a room on the first floor and it was a great size and quiet too. It was almost perfect.
Disliked: The location. I chose poorly here. It is well out from the main city. Not ideal when in Krakow for a short break. Going in and out had to be well planned and there’s no ‘nipping back’. We used the tram or uber to get about but the costs mount up. Both were fairly cheap but it was a hassle we didn’t really need.
