Had a great stay at the Doubletree. Our room was quite, very clean and comfortable! The food in the restaurant was very good and everyone was very helpful.

Very enjoyable everything was minutes...

Liked: The location was great a walk through the parking deck to attend Lakewood Church was amazing.

Great property, but ridiculous parking...

Liked: Didnt like the fact that I had to pay $40 because my car wouldn’t Fit in the garage/ even if I could park in the garage, it was still $30. Makes the nightly rate way more than advertised .

So loud I could not...

Liked: Property was nice. Clean.
Disliked: My issue was with the people next door and the initial response to the noise complaint at 10:15pm which was nothing. 2nd call at 11:15pm the desk person (night shift) and a security person came and attempted to quiet the people and this was effective for about 10 minutes. 3rd call at 12:15am - staff asked if I would like to move rooms. I feel the other guests should have been asked to leave the property.
