Liked: Clean; staff nice; no complaints at all.

Overall it was a pleasant stay. Upon checkin, we received a warm cookie...delicious and learned that there was a wedding reception being held there. We got to our room and discovered the toilet kept plugging up. I called for Maintenance. After the guy worked on it for an hour we had to leave to attend the concert. When we got back that night, it flushed fine. The next morning, I discovered it was plugged up again! I didn't want to call for Maintenance again because there were 3 girls that had to get ready to check out...so needless to say, we didn't use it. When I checked out and told them, they apologized and gave us a free breakfast. The rooms were spacious and cozy. The only other problem we had was doors slamming around 3 a.m. and I'm thinking it was due to the wedding reception attendees that where staying there. It continued for 2 hours. I was not a happy camper because I got about 2 hours sleep and had to drive home 3 hours!

Liked: I liked that they let the kids have fun n the pool without saying they were too loud. I also like that they had breakfast and a bar kinda expensive, but just happy they had it! Also it was a beautiful sunset right out the room window.
Disliked: I didn’t like we could seat n the lobby and talk.

Liked: Overall, it was a good stay. The room was good size. It was very clean. The best part was the shuttle bus, it was very convenient. They offered a round trip from the airport to the hotel. You need to call the hotel to get information to learn how to take the shuttle (pickup and drop off)
Disliked: Depend on who you talked to at the reception desk. Some staff treat customers with care. Some seemed not much. I told one of the staff that I need to check out because this room only for one night. She insisted that I had 2 nights? I showed her my booking email. She didn't want to see. Thank God, I moved all the stuff out of the room and told the housekeeper we checked out. I moved out all the stuff to another room. Later, someone from the hotel called me and asked me why I did not check out? I had to repeat what I told the staff at 11:30am. The check out time was 12pm. I did what was right, but the staff did not want to listen. Also, the famous chocolate chips cookies. They were supposed to give every guest cookies when you checked in. Seemed to me now, we have to ask. The swimming pool was small. The AC/heat was very noise.
