Close to EWR, but restaurant...

Liked: Close to EWR, had a restaurant on site open for dinner, shuttle to EWr
Disliked: Service at restaurant was dreadful. Long wait for service despite not very busy. Food good but slow, indifferent staff.Needed 5:30am shuttle to EWR but many guests crowded the shuttles, not enough buses to handle guests, got to EWR 35mins later than expected.

Good location for Prudential center...

Liked: The room was very spacious and the lobby itself was very nice
Disliked: Poor noise cancelling. We could barely sleep because of the running, slamming the door and the staff cleaning in the morning. You could almost hear everything outside. Also paying for parking daily was a bit harsh since there's basically no parking on the street that close by.

Liked: Beds were very comfortable, and rooms were large and well-equipped.
Disliked: The hotel was incredibly noisy well into the early hours of the morning, especially in the rooms around the atrium. The USB outlets in the room were both broken, and the bathtub was old, stained, and wouldn't actually hold water. The staff were relatively pleasant, but made no effort to go beyond what was absolutely necessary. This stay was meant to be a nice treat before a long road trip, but was, unfortunately, an expensive disappointment.

POOR SERVICE AND NO SHUTTLE...

Liked: Close to airport.
Disliked: Shuttle bus never came to pick me up. I had to pay for an expensive taxi. Total rip-off! New Jersey is not very pleasant. Also, many machines that sold food and drinks were not functioning. Room service was terrible - they took my order and then room service never delivered! I waited an hour for nothing! No apologies from the front desk.

Disliked: When I got to the room there was food which I’m assuming was the previous guests on the table and there were no towels in the room at all

Disliked: It took 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive to the airportEventualy 2 shuttles artived at once. And the driver pushed rudly all the guest to one shuttle. Like sardines.When we arriived to the check in the receptionist said the rooms will ne available after 2pm
