Great hotel could be better...
Liked: I loved the openness.
Disliked: Did not like the restaurant. Not accommodating to customers. Very little to food to choice from. Staff not so pleasant. I also don’t think people who stay at this hotel should have to pay for parking. That was very tacky in my opinion.

Disappointing
Liked: Quiet, considering the location. Beds good.
Disliked: Cranky breakfast staff. The whole hotel felt value engineered and ROI optimised. This used to be a good brand but is now run down.

Disliked: Really bad location. There is no walking distance. The freeway around you. You can't walk , you have to take Uber or taxi. One bus go there once in awhile . The worst location ever

Disliked: Check in wasn’t done professional, not all information were given to me at checkout in. Missed breakfast vouchers and very uncomfortable accounting system that keep charging your card against any spend during our stay despite being charged initially for the full stay and good security amount Create missing peace in mind That want explained as well at checkout in

Liked: Location is wonderful.
Disliked: The bathroom was not really clean, the shower had mold specs all around it and that bathroom door did not lock. When I went to check in the arm to the parking lot was up, so a ticket did not have to be retrieved. After checking out, as I was leaving a ticket was needed in order to pay and exit, but due not having a ticket I had to pay extra. The breakfast did not have enough options for guest to have to pay.

Disliked: As we arrived after midnight for checkin as our flight was delayed but the hotel has cancelled our stay without informing us. The front desk staff was rude and impatient to us. Me and my wife at our old age struggled to find alternative accommodation at 3 am. It was the worse experience.
