Disliked: Our room was dirty, the bathroom wasn’t clean and the air wasn’t working properly and it was way too warm in our room

Liked: The hotel was very spacious. Pool looked nice. Lobby very clean and open. The staff were very friendly and helpful
Disliked: Unfortunately there were some other guests who smoked pot in their room and I had to alert the front desk. They organized getting us a change of room right away because it was coming through the vents. The staff handled it efficiently. But because of those smoking guests it added time to what we needed to do that night because we had to change rooms.

Disliked: Booked a room with a balcony but put in a room without one. When I asked to change to one with a balcony, we were then changed to a room with a balcony that we could not even use because the rooms over the pool are locked. Found blood stains on one of the pillows

Liked: It was nice!!!
Disliked: I didn't like the fact that I paid to stay 2 nights in the hotel. Then upon check out find out that still have to pay for parking when I stayed there and not only that, you don't even get a discount on the parking. I don't think it is right to charge all that when staying at the hotel. I can u derstand if I wasn't staying there. I was not happy at all with that fact. I would definitely like to go back to the hotel but something needs to be done about the parking when staying as a guest.
