Overall i would not recommend...

Liked: Room was fine. Wifi was ok too.
Disliked: Access to room was bad. There were stairs so with luggage it is really hard to reach to room.Reception had no flexibility in extending check out time even by an hor. Actually not even listening to the request. Standard answer that they are fully booked was ready when i even start speaking.My driver who would take me to airport was not allowed to use restroom for call of nature.

Good location first Hyde park

Liked: Perfect location for hyde park event. Really lovely check and concierge staff.
Disliked: It would be good if hilton could offer early check in for a small charge. The room hadn't been thoroughly cleaned and there was debris behind the bathroom bin.

Perfect location and the staff...

Liked: The location was perfect, the breakfast in the morning was absolutely amazing. The staff made me feel very welcome especially all of the breakfast staff working on the 29th of June. Very friendly and helpful
Disliked: The pillows in the bed could be better, as soon as you lay on them they go flat
