No excuse for hidden charges...

Liked: Everything is spotless, the concierges are fantastic. The bed was very comfy and the rooms have air-con, which is perfect! The location was very good for me, too.
Disliked: Upon arrival, I was surprised to be charged £50 - this was not mentioned anywhere, but I was told I had to pay this as a deposit in case any damage was done to the room. Failure to pay would mean that I could not stay, even though the room has been paid for in full. I was then told that should I want breakfast, I could charge this to the room, which would be taken from the £50 deposit and then, if all was well with the room, I would be refunded the rest. This is simply not true. I was charged 2 days later for the breakfast, leading to a sudden financial difficulty. I emailed the hotel and still, 5 weeks later, have had no response. Their was also a huge language barrier which made face to face communication very difficult. Had the charges been clear, this would have been at least an 8/10.

Disliked: We had to wait for hours to get our room, but it still wasn’t available when we went out. When we returned late at night we had to re- register and wait again.

Liked: The location was amazing and the hotel was clean neat and nice to stay at but my favorite was the staff they made me feel at home rather than in a hotel I stayed alone but the staff made me smile and were the kindest souls will come back just for them
Disliked: The breakfast options were too less according to the price I think the breakfast can be improved
