Disappointing

Disliked: Corridor outside our room was a mess. Rubbish on the floor and bags of linen and a cleaners trolley. Cleaning staff were all there but ignored all the mess. 24 hours later it was all still there !! Didn't feel like a Hilton at all

Welcome staff, in a nice...

Liked: The hotel staff were very welcoming and friendly.I stayed for a friend’s 40th birthday. When the hotel found out they sent a little Hilton birthday card and some chocolates. The breakfast was fresh and stocked up all the time.I have stayed in this Hilton a few times now. It is my favourite out of the various ones in London. On a previous visit I was a diamond member, the diamond bar is also very nice. Easy location from/to Angel tube station, esp as a female walking on my own at night.
