This was our second visit...

Liked: The staff are friendly.
Disliked: Breakfast was chaos. The hotel isn't as clean as it could be. It was very expensive for what it was. The prices are simply inflated because it was marathon weekend. We didn't sleep well as there seems to be some sort of smoking area to the rear of the hotel and there was what sounded like the constant slamming of a door into the early hours. It was not worth over £800 for three nights.

Disliked: Uncomfortable pillows, no complimentary water, instant coffee sachets, no Nespresso machine.

Liked: Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Great location.
Disliked: Smelly bathroom in our room.
