Liked: I am speaking on behalf of my friends and family, the breakfast was great and one of your staff called Afomia looked after us very well and we have decided to have our school reunion at your hotel. The night shift manager , I could not remember his name ,he looked after us as well. Good combination of staff from all walks of life and nationalities. Your bar staff Anesa looked after us very well too, very charming and friendly.
Disliked: The shower was slippery and leaking water from the shower hose.

Great stay over London Marathon...

Liked: Quiet location but close to the underground station for easy access into London. Very pleasant staff and lovely ambience in lounge and bar area. Comfortable rooms which were spacious, modern & clean. Breakfast buffet was very good.
Disliked: Nothing.

Outstanding place to stay.

Liked: We were greeted by the lovely staff. We were able to go up to our room early. The room, corridors and public spaces were immaculate and clean. Breakfast was outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble.

Liked: Staff were so nice and pleasant and room was clean, location really good, close to the center, food great…
Disliked: We reserved room for two with king size bed and got adapted room for people with special needs with small bed and adapter bathroom. Seams like staff knew that but didn’t do anything to give us new room. There were not small things like accessories for daily needs, pads, etc.
