Liked: When I get there they told me that my payment I did with PayPal in booking didn’t go through and I had to pay again with my debit card I showed them the payment I did was pending on my account they told me I have to pay it I want the room

Liked: There was no breakfast. Booking.com booked me into a room in a hotel that was closed. Specifically, I was booked into the Des Moines Iowa Airport Doubletree Hotel for a one night stay February 9-10. When I arrived on February 9, it was closed, pending completion of a renovation project. How do I get my funds returned? The cost was $177.07 USD.
