Bearable at best, nothing to...

Liked: The beds are good and comfortable.
Disliked: When we got there I was repeatedly told they did not have my reservation. I showed the woman my confirmation but she insisted. She didn’t know what she was doing and we spent an hour in the lobby upset. Someone had to help her. The place is also getting shabby. There was no window in the room. A black barrier ran across it. Bathroom shower did not look clean.

We loved it..we have stayed...

Liked: Really great..our server was so lovely.Lots of food options.
Disliked: No wifi where we ate in the Restuarant

Liked: The rooms are spacious wow we loved the shower
Disliked: Restaurant and pool were closed. Very disappointed

Liked: The Area is close to shopping and easy access to major highways.
Disliked: I did no like the fact that I was 90% sure I had free breakfast for my stay, when I asked the front desk just to confirm she stated that I didn't pay for it, and I replied I'm not supposed to pay for (FREE) breakfast. That was a let down.

Disliked: Only complaint is complimentary breakfast isn't for everyone and it's not stated at check in, being given a bill after you eat thinking it's free is embarrassing.

Liked: Close to where I needed to be
Disliked: Staff was not polite and I felt like I was bothering him I asked for the manager and he was not there. I left my phone number and have not received a call

Not impressed. Not sure I’ll...

Liked: Never saw a breakfast. Was in a good location.We did have dinner in nectar and enjoyed the salad. The waiter was excellent. I would eat there again. The room was clean.
Disliked: The beds were hard. The fridge the inside of the door came loose and was not very cold. The vent in the bathroom did not work. End of November and the AC was still on. Room was cold. Chair was missing a cushion so it was also hard.
