Not a 4 star hotel in our opinion.

Liked: Room was very nice and good view Restaurant food was good.
Disliked: People smoking right outside the entrance. There were a group of guest who it appeared that they could not use the hotel Bar and Restaurant. They seemed to relay on room service and place their orders at the restaurant front desk. This was a distraction for dinners in the restaurant.
