Nice hotel.

Liked: Lovely comfy bed, spotlessly clean.
Disliked: I had pre booked a table for dinner, stating that there was a 20% discount for this. We aid the bill to young girl and I never noticed until we got back to our room.Mentioned it to receptionist at check out. Am still waiting for my refund.

Can’t wait to come back.

Liked: Staff were lovely and caring. Food fabulous. Beds very comfortable.
Disliked: I am disabled and I could have been doing with a room near the front desk but I suppose that was my fault.

Liked: Room was good size with useful fridge. Comfortable, large bed. Great views from the hotel but it’s very “beige/grey” ie dull inside both in shared spaces and the rooms. Serves our purpose for visiting nearby relatives.

Exceptional

Liked: Great rooms with a fantastic view of the 3 bridges from the 6th floor.Staff very friendly and knowledgeable.Evening meals were excellent as was the breakfast.Will definitely be back and this time for leisure and not business.
Disliked: Nothing
