Liked: The staff was very friendly. The location was perfect.
Disliked: I didn’t like that they charged for parking, most people that travel are driving & have to park a vehicle. Just include it in your price, don’t tack on extras & nickel & dime me.

Liked: Location was great, near the old town, big room, we had a view of the river. Grocery store very near.

Disliked: The main door doesn't work properly, no signs, 3 staff watching myself, and an older gentleman trying to open the revolving door, zero assistance. The hotel looks old and outdated. I normally stay at the holiday inn down the river but wanted to treat myself to a nicer experience. There was pubic hair all over the floor near the toilet, not sure if the room was cleaned properly. More expensive than Holiday Inn will less luxury and less customer service. The only employee who was friendly was a manager that I passed by checking out. It's definitely not worth the cost for the same view and less customers oriented.

Liked: Needs to be upgraded no cell phone ports, old furniture, lamps and curtains falling off the rods, rug smelled like dog urine. Charge for parking was not revealed up front and neighborhood was gross.
