Liked: The staff were all fantastic and friendly (front desk and cleaning). You could tell the cleaning staff works hard and for the most part the room itself was clean (see comment in next section).The pool and hot tub were awesome.Overall the hotel had a good 1st impression, especially the lobby area.
Disliked: The restaurant had a breakfast that was outrageously priced. The store had items for 3-4 dollars that most other hotels include for free with breakfast. The bed was VERY uncomfortable, I woke up both days with stiff shoulders and neck, and a headache. The frig was very small and didn't work well. There was also hair around the edge of the tub and in the tissues when I pulled one out (I know the tissue part is random). The frig had a bunch of crumbs in the bottom of it. (I also know that staffing is an issue right now.)
