Overnight stay

Liked: Love the hotel especially the lounge area and outside space. Very well presented and spotlessly clean. Staff were all very friendly and helpful

Not the best, not the...

Liked: The grounds of the hotel from the moment you pull in from the main road is maintained to a very high standard. The lawns and roads are pristine. The hotel itself was very clean and staff were nice.
Disliked: I am torn with the answer of feedback as it wasn't all bad however the temperature of the room ruined my whole experience which is a shame as it was a negative on a family wedding. The Air conditioning room stated it was 19 degrees however the room must have been close to 30, it would not have been so bad if i could at least open a window but this was sealed and locked shut. I spoke to reception who advised its playing up due to the weather being warm however surely warm weather is the reason we need AC?! i had to have 3 cold showers through out one of the nights due to being so hot. Thank fully the morning came around and we left for the wedding. The night of the wedding i went back to the hotel and walked in my room to again another boiling room, so i requested a room change which i was advised thats not possible, i was sent a fan which sounded like a car engine that had to be on full blast all night so i was at least not sweating. If the hotel had air-conditioning i would highly recommend however the fact there was at least another 9 groups that had the same issue as me mainly on level 2, i would have thought the hotel would have done a lot more to correct this.
