Really lovely hotel - would...
Liked: Room was lovely, very comfortable. Spa looked nice but didn't get a chance to use it. Breakfast was mostly excellent. Easy enough bus service into the town centre. Well stocked bar and lovely staff.
Disliked: Hotel couldn't find our booking for 45 minutes but this was not their fault - it was booking.com who booked us in under a totally random name. The vegan breakfast sausages were awful, but everything else was really nice. Had to pay for pool/spa/gym access which is a bit disappointing when you're paying about £150 a night for a room.

Liked: Excellent accommodation, breakfast, (loved the coffee facility at breakfast), staff were super friendly and cheerful. Was recommended hotel by 2 separate people and it did not disappoint. Will highly recommend for anyone going to Chester or Cheshire Oaks.

Enjoyed and would consider staying...
Liked: Breakfast was superb, plenty of choice.Staff were very pleasant throughout the hotel and service in restaurant was quick.Enjoyed the Spa,robe and slippers were an added bonus.
Disliked: Single duvet could have been better, also biscuits in room would have been nice, having to pay £10 to enter Spa was rather steep.
