Liked: Upon approach the venue looked amazing, Spa facilities were also great.
Disliked: Rooms are somewhat dated, door closures are EXTREMELY loud, so late returning guests would have woken up half of their neighbours. Booked a treatment and was told I wasn’t able to use the Spa facilities (pool etc) and this was an additional/separate £20 😳 (my treatment was more than double this + add ons)

Very classy and exceptional

Liked: Very comfortable and exceptionally clean. with the price i paid for the room i expected great and i got more than that. very lovely place to stay
Disliked: the prices of the food and drinks in the hotel were a little pricey for what they were. we only got one round of drinks at the bar and for 2 drinks it came to £25 so we ended up going elsewhere to spend the evening

Liked: Spa and pool facilities lovely, staff all friendly and helpful particularly in the Garden Restaurant as it was our anniversary and all the staff wished us a happy anniversary individually and arranged a little cake and card for us... lovely touch!

Disliked: Bar was a little bit pricey

Disliked: The extra to pay for the spa . Been to other hotel that gives you use of the spa and pool in price

Liked: Nice, comfortable room and bed
Disliked: I had expected to be able to use the pool. I would not have booked if i'd realised I would not be able to use it.

Nice and comfy

Liked: This is our second time staying and we were just as happy as the first. Property is lovely and very well maintained. We had to wait an extra 10-20 minutes to check in as there were no available rooms ready for us but staff were helpful and we got free drinks vouchers for the bar. The spa is lovely and relaxing and robe and towel is provided.
Disliked: The restaurant food isn’t the best so we had to order but breakfast is worth paying for
