The door men and service desk and bar tender were all excellent.

Liked: Very clean; the people were very friendly.

Liked: It took me two seconds to get a room key handed to me. Fast service! Beautiful, clean, well appointed rooms.

We had a wonderful stay, was centrally located, very nice staff, very clean room, comfortable bed. Would stay here again.

Disliked: Housecleaning availability was 0 out of 10........called three times between 3:30 and 7:30 for clean wash clothes....NONEshower drain patially plugged.....took a shower with water 2" up my ankles.Original Cleanliness was 10 on scale of 10

Excellent Hotel

Liked: Micah checked me in, I was there for six nights and he made the stay great. Very helpful, great attitude, great customer service and very accommodating. I will return just because of the excellent service Micah provided.

Liked: Stayed at this hotel on my wedding night. Staff surprised us with a congratulatory gift. Booked a corner room. It had a beautiful view. Room was clean, very modern, and very comfortable. Would absolutely stay again.
Disliked: Street parking is your cheapest parking option. Valet is $60 for small cars, which is a lot, but would recommend as opposed to leaving your car on the street.

Liked: good location. Downtown with lots of restaurants and cafe nearby. Large and comfortable room. Large shower stall and a separate deep tub. Clean
Disliked: Better bed linens. They are not the quality you expect from a nice hotel.

Liked: Very friendly staff, great facilities. Room & bed very comfy, shower was hot very quickly, which is always a plus to save water :) Amenities in the room were seamless. The location is really nice, lots of food carts around, and we can be on the East side within 25m by foot.
Disliked: The free coffee in the morning often runs out, and it takes a while to replace it. That said it's brewed on demand, which is nice, and it is good coffee :) Also, there's a really nice coffee shop just across the streetA Roku, Chromecast or any streaming capability in the rooms would be very appreciated :) Costs nothing, makes people happy after a long day of walking

We loved staying at the...

Liked: We loved the building- very easy to access and had great decor. The rooms were spacious and cold (perfect for the hot weekend). The valet and staff were extremely friendly. The rooms come with bath tubs which have icnredible water pressure and hot water and were relaxing to use. The downstairs bar restaurant was great and had oysters- we ate there twice.
Disliked: We had to move rooms mid-stay due to an AC issue but the staff was SO friendly and gave us an upgraded room for no additional charge! Honestly no issue with the room upgrade and they handled it efficiently.
