Disliked: The room’s mini-fridge did not have a freezer. So I was unable to freeze the ice pac for my thermos for my medicines to get the ice pack frozen to then pass through airport TSA Checkpoint. Fortunately, I pleaded my case with Front Desk staff who graciously accommodated by freezing my icepack overnight in the staff refrigerator.

Liked: The brunch was delicious! The service in the restaurant was great as well. ALL of the staff from the hotel and the restaurant were so very friendly—and helpful!

Liked: Dossier is in a great location and has a very nice lobby as well as Alder bistro. The staff was professional and accommodating!
Disliked: The hallways didn’t appear conditioned so they were warm but it was a small inconvenience but also our stay was a warm July day.
