Liked: The hotel breakfast is good.
Disliked: It's crowded of people from the buffet area. Specially if the hotel is full of guests. I think the buffet area is rather small and can bothersome with others when the cue is long.

Extremely negative experience

Disliked: Extremely negative experience after staying 2 nights in this hotel. A woman receptionist was absolutely rude and not well mannered. I have never ever had such awful attitude communicating with hotel's staff. This woman aggressively asked me to pay city tax and I did it immediately using my phone. She demanded to pay once again because she did not see in your system the payment confirmation. However, I showed her my apple pay list of transactions indicating that payment was succusfully approved. She absolutely ignored my arguments started to demand to pay once again pushing the payment terminal to me. In that moment I was completely confused. Finally, she saw the payment in the system and even did not apologise to me. It seams it is normal to ask customers to pay several times in such cases!! After that, during our conversation (I wanted to extend my accommodation in the hotel) without any reason she interrupted our conversation and started checking in the incoming guests from Chine who had just entered the hotel. I was left standing alone at the counter with my unresolved problem of room renewal. I am still shocked. Moreover, my room was not clean enough, there was visible dust on the fixtures. The floor in the room and especially in the bath room was icy and the hotel does not provide slippers, only upon special request. Disgusting!

Loved it unreservedly - would...

Liked: Beautiful old fashioned hotel. Friendly courteous staff. Huge comfy bed. Great location within walking distance of all of the sights and eateries.
Disliked: The breakfast room was a bit congested, but not a big deal really.

Superb

Liked: The décor of the hotel is charming and well-kept, location is central, breakfast is exceptional and the water pressure in the shower was great. There was also a bathtub in our room. Good lighting. Apart from the beds, which were far too hard for us, we were very happy with our stay.
Disliked: Beds were far too hard for our comfort but that is a personal preference. Parking is available at the hotel but is expensive and very narrow for larger cars.
