Clean room excellent food reasonable...

Liked: Clean and tidy, pleasant staff
Disliked: 218 couldn't open window so no fresh airShampoo etc too high and in the wrong place as is the hot & cold taps should be lower and reachable from sitting in bath.

Wonderful few days break

Liked: Excellent stay, brought back so precious memories. Special thanks to Tracey for the welcome note, Lizzy for the lovely compassionate welcome at reception, , Sarah for the awesome massage, football look out this week.

Lovely but expensive

Liked: All lovely but already expensive and then we paid for breakfast and extra to use the pool. We ate in the bar the food and drink was very good but again too expensive. I know you get what you pay for but what we got should have been a lot cheaper.

Disliked: Everything was a little expensive. £4.50 for a coke! And if you book through booking.com the spa and breakfast are not included and you will be charged extra at the hotel!
