Liked: The room and spa were good and I enjoyed the food. The staff were excellent and seemed both enthusiastic and well motivated
Disliked: Housekeeping let this stay down. The bed was made and the towels changed but the bath had not been cleaned and coffee cups and glasses were left unwashed. The replacement towel they left was badly frayed along one edg

Liked: The room was really spacious & great shower. Spa & pool was brilliant.
Disliked: Nothing , all of it was great.

Good but need for improvement

Liked: Size of the room and the fact you can get fresh air
Disliked: Spa needs an update and the ambience needs to be changed No draught beer also extortionate prices

Enjoyable break.

Liked: We were well looked after and enjoyed the informal atmosphere. There was a good choice at breakfast and the porridge was excellent.
Disliked: Not being able to pay the outstanding bill at check-out rather than having to pay for dinner separately. Before dinner we put out a clean the room sign but it was still there on our return, no one having attended to the room.
