Liked: Check-in was smooth and easy, staff were welcoming, and the room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable with a huge bed. The spa area was tidy with an excellent sauna and steam room, and the pool itself is a good size. The restaurant looked inviting, with plenty of options for different dietary needs. There was also plenty of parking available, and the TV in the room had Sky Sports.
Disliked: The mini fridge contained milk that was two days past its expiry date, though this was quickly replaced with an apology. The pool was quite cold, the hot tub button for bubbles was broken and the temperature was only lukewarm. The signal on the TV dropped out frequently, which was frustrating.

Disliked: ROOM SHABBY, RECISPONIST RUDE, BREAKFASTS COLD, LACK OF RESPONCE FROM RECIPTION, OVERPRICED BAR IN POOR CONDITION, AIR CON FAULTY BUT NOT ATTENTED TO. CHECK IN TIME OF 3PM IS TO LATE, DO NOT WANT TO BE TOLD WHAT TIME WE HAVE TO EAT BREAKFAST

Great location and facilities, would...

Liked: The room was big and bed very comfortable. We had drinks vouchers as we were a group celebrating our 60th birthdays! There were improvements underway so the reception was located in the spa so very busy. The spa facilities were good. Bar food and restaurant very good. The only criticism was that we were not able to leave our cases (we turned up early to go to the races) but that was due to no space available but probably due to the current works.
Disliked: Nothin!
