Liked: Reception open day and night, lift up to the floors, room was spacious and very clean with double comfy bed, a hot shower and a large bathtub

Liked: Very clean and comfortable and excellent location - friendly and helpful staff
Disliked: The road outside had a stupid noisy bollard which was robotic and kept us awake at night

Liked: Location great as right in the middle of swansea. Shops and pubs/clubs very close by
Disliked: Quite noisy this time we stayed as we were in a different room by the works going on opposite. Not the hotels fault but seemed busy road at night as by taxi rank also.

Liked: Every staff member is very polite and pays full attention to customers. Location was great, right in the middle of the city. The coast line was accessible through 10 mins of walking. Towels, toilet paper, soap and shampoo were present and fully restocked.
Disliked: Air conditioning wasn’t present in the room. The weather in Swansea is usually chill, however we came during the heat time so it was pretty hot inside.
