Disliked: Such a shame that we had ..... ⚠️ caution bollards in motion announcement all day and night outside our window. No sleep so would not return and it's not the hotels fault.

Liked: The beds were very comfortable and the shower had a very good flow of water. I enjoyed the smart TV, especially having Spotify. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful while all the staff were helpful and friendly.
Disliked: I couldn't find fault with anything on this stay.

Disliked: The hotel is clean and in the city center, but they mislead customers about the price, it turns out that at the reception they insist on paying some kind of security deposit, if I knew that they would want me to pay more money, I would have chosen another hotel, because it turns out that the hotel says one price for the rooms and at the reception they want another £100 for a security deposit and I did not receive an explanation why after I paid for the room they want a £100 security deposit, what does a security deposit mean I did not receive an explanation
