Great location, but the room...

Liked: Location was great - right in the shopping centre. Bed was comfortable and the bedding clean. The bathroom was clean also and nice white towels left out.
Disliked: On arrival the room was not clean, the carpets were stained and there were signs of damp on the ceiling. I had to ask for the room to be hoovered as there were acrylic nails and other bits left on the carpet.

Disliked: Room very dirty. Filthy carpet stained and not hovered walls were all stained curtains had mould on them .complained so were given a differant room. Still carpet very dirty and stained,but was a bit better than the first room . Rooms are nothing like the photos.

Parking concerns if people don't...

Liked: Convenient being in town centre staff in hotel were great .
Disliked: I didn't like the fact carparking around Swansea varies. Using the system in other car parks I ended with two parking ticket s in St David. Tried to appeal but Swansea Council wouldn't accept. So an expensive stay

Wouldn't stay again.

Liked: The manager was really nice and helpful, it was quiet and the beds where Very comfy like sleeping on a cloud.
Disliked: Was charged £72 for a twin £55 room but only because Rearranged dates even on the date we where staying and the manager still let us change but was then charged £72 instead also you have to pay a £100 fee before your allowed the key to your room and was absolutely puzzled with that as wasn't advertised whatsoever. No WiFi on TV, few Uht milks, 2 tea bags, broken sink which manager even said was no problem so had to brush our teeth over the bath. Rough crowds outside when going.to smoke. Don't think we will be returning soon.
