Disliked: Attitude of couple of staff.one from bar .my husband asked for lemon in his g& t.and was told we haven't got any.youll just have to make do with that £10 +Another female staff with blond hair.unproffesional attitude when asked what was going on outside the hotel in early hoursScreaming.sjouting and possibly fightingNo police called till after 3/ hoursShe told me husband in an abrupt manner Well we can't predict how people are going to behave and that's fine but it's the way she said itChildren were apparently terrified and cryingMaybe on the lower floorsWe were on the top floor with my 9 year old granddaughter..luckily she didn't wake upAlso. Room 207 was boiling hot like a furnaceNo toiletries like stated on booking .comTiny bit of hand soap in dispenser and tiny bit of shower gelWe went out and bought someApparently rooms are soundproof..I don't think soThe shower round seals and door were a bit grubby too.we also didn't like 2 flights of steep stairs with bags and suitcasesNo good for an older personBut appreciate it's out of there controlPity there wasn't a lift
