Value for Money
Liked: The location to Paddington Station is always a bonus (I'm really loving the whole Norfolk Square area), the bed was so comfy, and the view was fabulous (even if there was construction work). It was great having a private bathroom, even if it was tiny, and having shower gel to use freely; it was also literally a 1 minute walk to a wonderful sit-in fish and chip shop. Also, they were able to store my bags for a day, which I appreciate.
Disliked: The lack of elevator was really disappointing, being on the 2nd floor, and being in a separate building to the main hotel was unusual. The shower wasn't that good as it was the old-fashioned hot and cold tap, which I just couldn't work for a good temperature, and dripped when not on, not to mention a massive step up to the bathroom itself. I also only had one towel - a bath towel - and no hand towel or floor mats for the shower.

Liked: The hotel is easily reachable from Paddington station and, at the same time, is located in a quiet place allowing night rest. The metro was audible in my room but did not disturb me much. The room was very small but tidy and clean, with all the necessary toiletrists, except soap. The breakfast was good, with a very nice smiley service that was very appreciated.
Disliked: The douche was old giving eithet too hot or too cold water. The whole bathroom was quite outdated but functional. The wi-fi in my room was extremely slow (it took 10 minutes to download a 2 Mb file). The stairs are lengthy and high, which might be problematic for people with knee problems.
