Needs some maintenance, but perfect...

Disliked: I was given the basement room when I arrived (at night) and even though it’s small and very very basic that would have been fine - if I hadn’t discovered that my room had a small window that opens directly into an adjoining room (which I couldn’t really tell what that other room was being used for) and that the curtains covering my window were not opaque, so that if my light was on, they could see right in!!!!! The other room was very poorly lit, so I couldn’t even see if anyone was in there. The whole setup was incredibly creepy and probably unsafe since someone could’ve possibly accessed my room from the other side. In any case, I let the front desk know I couldn’t keep that room and they gave me a different one that was a few flights upstairs. The other room was fine, and the staff was helpful.

Good stay at a nice...

Liked: Did not get time for breakfast as I had an early check out.The room was very clean.Nice big shower, with plenty of hot running water.Location good just 3 minuets walk form Paddington station.I like the online check inn, very good, quick and easy when you get to the hotel.Decoration a bit outdated, but that not put me off my stay, or returning to this hotel.
Disliked: Nothing, no issues.

Pleasant and convenient

Liked: The room was spacious, and there was room service each day. I appreciated the refrigerator and having milk provided for tea.Breakfast had a variety of foods which were delicious. Staff were attentive and pleasant.The front desk staff were helpful as was the young man who portered heavy luggage for my friend.
Disliked: I could feel the vibrations of the trains :). The location was otherwise very convenient to both Paddington Station, restaurants and a short walk to Kensington Park.

Nice, albeit small, room. Convenient...

Liked: The balcony was lovely, nice to have air conditioning, spa tub was nice, but we did not see instructions for use. Close to Paddington Station, restaurants and Kensington Park for lovely walks in the morning.
Disliked: The room was very small, difficult for 2 people to move about.

Disliked: Having to traipse up 4 levels of stairs was a killer for two older women, and we booked 8 months out so thought we would have got a better room, very disappointing!!!
