I love this location but...

Liked: No breakfast provided
Disliked: Sheets had stains and bathroom smelled like urine and water smelled horrible

Lovely location, relaxing room, I'll...

Liked: The location is close to everything. You can walk to any location in downtown Pismo, not to mention ruin each room has an ocean view. The room was clean, the bed comfortable.
Disliked: I don't like that there isn't an elevator, but that's a minor inconvenience.
