Wouldn’t stay again.

Liked: Good location for Alton Towers
Disliked: Rooms are tired and bathroom badly needed updating. Called to confirm breakfast was included in my rate and was told it was. Checked this again when k checked in. Then was told at breakfast I had to pay.

Late getaway to relax

Liked: Loved it from start to finish. So much character and charm. Room was exceptional and clean. Lots of room. Check-in and checkout was quick and easy. Bar and restaurant very good and layout is quirky but that is what you get with a building so old. We loved it. Staff were helpful and accommodating.
Disliked: Nothing.
