Efficient and respectful staff. Tidy rooms; above expectations. Very welcoming staff. Close to the to the heart of DC.

Liked: Great location and actually very clean (even though many reviews say otherwise).
Disliked: The staff weren’t too bothered, especially the person at check out. The axillary staff were very loud outside the rooms as well as the air conditioning, which we had to turn off to get some sleep.

Liked: We were able to store our luggage before & after. They had free coffee & a small dining area with a microwave. There was a supermarket a short walk away & buses to the main area close by.

Liked: Good value for money ($111/night for a double room). The room was small but clean. The location is great, cool neighbourhood to go out in the evening and close to the touristic points of interest (20min walk from the White House).
