Liked: The hotel has some good interesting food choices. Bell service was great!
Disliked: The front desk person told us nothing about the property or the fact that our room was on the other end of the hotel, give us a map or anything. Additionally, the rooms are old and need updates.

Liked: The Savannah view, full kitchen, bath and a half.
Disliked: Our room was hot. Despite telling them at the front desk that the temperature needed adjusted, it remained hot.

Liked: Unique animal experience.
Disliked: The long walk to the room.

Liked: I loved the costumer service Made me feel like home
Disliked: The location I got lost trying to find it but other than that it was worth it

Liked: The convince of being near the elevator.
Disliked: Tried to check in at 10 AM but room was not ready. Did not get room until 3:15. Next time I will request room to be ready early.

Liked: The staff was excellent and the food at saana was great. Kids got to see a lot
Disliked: The kids pool area had buckets that were covered in mold. I am coincidently very sick after playing in them

Disliked: many of the rooms are way too far from the lobby and the pool area
