Liked: Room was great Ladies who worked front desk in morning were very nice.
Disliked: Vending machine on our floor wasn't working. We told the lady who was at front desk at the time, no apologies for the inconvenience and just stated no one told her. We didn't appreciate her "not my problem " attitude. Restaurant food is not that great either.

Liked: The location was good and room (510) was clean and spacious BUT we were just above the restaurant's ventilation system, which operated all day and all night, resulting in the smell of fried food and so noisy that we couldn't leave the balcony doors open, day or night.The air conditionner system in the room was also very noisy, impossible to sleep when it was on. The dishwasher was not functioning properly. No dish sponge , I washed the dishes with my hands.

Disliked: No orientation to property when we checked in. Avoid the white table cloth restaurant. It has beautiful floor to ceiling windows but is way too loud. Wait staff yelled across the room. Not romantic in the least. Supposedly they have coffee available off the lobby. The regular brew pot was empty. No one at the lobby desk. When i asked the lady at the adjacent office about this she completely ignored me. Another guest was headed to the coffee bar. I let him know there was no coffee and he expressed disappointment. The lady then came out of her office to explain this wasn’t her job and directed us to the unmanned lobby desk. Why is it the guest’s responsibility to understand their division of labor? Why don’t they man the lobby desk or at least have a ring for service bell?When we checked out they swiped the credit card and no one said that they hoped we enjoyed our stay or invited us to come again. All in all not a horrible stay. We travel to Florida annually and every experience has been better than this.
