Dial House Hotel

Won’t be staying again, service...

Liked: Property is good, and rooms were fairly decent
Disliked: We had neighbours who were having a domestic argument for over 3 hours. We ended up leaving at 02:00 in the morning. My sister stayed in another room and accidentally booked it twice, however the hotel didn’t refund her for one of the bookings, even though she just had the one room (she got charged for two rooms)

Overall, fair but let down...

Liked: Cooked breakfast very good but expensive at £15. Continental breakfast was very poor. No cheese, special bread. Only fruit yoghurt, cereal, fruit juice. The toast that was served was the cheapest thin slice ever, ordered porridge to find out they did no have any. Extremely poor for£10. Coffee was very good.
Disliked: Detail cleaning poor. Menu holders were extremely dirty.Continental breakfast very poor

Liked: A very beautiful house with very nice decorations. Very friendly hosts. My room was very small, but ok for a short stay – next time I will definitely choose a bigger one. Most importantly, it was quiet and peaceful to stay overnight.
Disliked: The rooms could use a little refresh.

Liked: Convenient location for where I needed to be. Lovely neighbourhood. Close to amenities. Walking distance from the train station.
