Excellent hotel for a short...

Liked: Breakfast was great. Staff were friendly & helpful. Room was smart & well equipped. Bed was comfortable.

A lovley 3 night stay,...

Liked: Rooms are beautifully decorated as is the whole hotel. Breakfast was amazing too. Staff very friendly and welcoming.
Disliked: Only niggle was that if you wanted a drink from the fully stocked bar you had to ask the receptionist to come and get it for you, this then closed at around 9.30/10pm and also seemed to block access to the garden after this time as well.

A lovely Hotel

Liked: A great stay. We stayed in the Ascot room. Very comfortable bed and lovely decor. We had water in the room. Although no air conditioning, it didn't spoil our stay. A short stroll to the sea and not to far to city centre
Disliked: Nothing at all. We didn't have breakfast but maybe next time we will try it

Liked: Breakfast was fair, bread for toast cheap, poor choice in fresh fruit options
Disliked: Broken missing shower door, water all over the place, grout missing in loose floor tiles

Excellent Bournemouth hotel.

Liked: The hotel was beautifully presented and in a quiet residential area. Staff were extremely helpful with nothing being too much trouble. We also appreciated the constant supply of tea or coffee in the lounge and the upmarket biscuits alongside the drinks. Bottled water in our room was also a nice touch, and this was the best lit hotel room we've ever stayed in.Would we go again? MOST DEFINITELY.
