Liked: The young woman on reception was friendly and attentive.I was very pleased when an upgrade was given on a room that we thought we wanted to stay in, but it was booked.Breakfast was good,apart from bacon, it was slightly rubbery
Disliked: Happy with room, a couple of minor thingsBroken towel heater, decorative mirror had bits missing. Bathroom sink hand loads of dirt behind it, and a mirror in the same room had a big handprint on it.Again, happy with room but not perfect.

Liked: Located in a relatively quiet and pleasant part of Bornemouth, with lots of large treesLarge room and bed (received room as requested)Hotel of some character with a nice garden patio - perfect to have a drink in the evening
Disliked: No communication with the hotel, the email bounced backBreakfast option was quite expensive The mattress could have been firmer (way too soft for me)
