Disliked: Dirty shower and small rooms and veey basic room

Liked: Friendly staff. Great location. Comfortable beds.
Disliked: The morning we ordered room service was shockingly bad. Over cooked eggs with undercooked bacon. I had toast, it was burnt and they forgot the cutlery and the jam. Items to buy were very over priced- £3.50 for a can. £2 for a pack of Walkers crisps. I had to ask 2 of the days for loo roll and tea bags. We had air con, which was ok but too noisy for the night. I was upset we couldn't open the windows.I'd say on par overall with a travel lodge etc, when I'd thought we'd have more luxury.

Liked: The staff were friendly and the room was equipped with everything you'd expect for the price. There were a variety of breakfast options too.
Disliked: Not much of an issue but it was kind of confusing to find our room

Liked: Water station in the foyer downstairs was a very good addition. Cold, fresh, Sparkly and still water available to fill and use for your own bottles free of charge. Very good especially in the summer months. The staff were friendly and helpful from the reception members to the housekeeping team.
Disliked: Room was not cleaned thoroughly enough with pink mould in the bathroom, and several other items that you would expect to be at a higher standard in a 4 star hotel.Breakfast needs a lot of improvement, the poached egg and the omletes especially. Might have just been on our stay, but the food was bland and not seasoned. (The hash browns were great though)
