Will stay again and fair...

Liked: Perfect location
Disliked: Room could of had a hairdryer.

Convenient hotel for a road...

Liked: The hotel room was clean and comfortable, with a large bathroom and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Even though the hotel offers on-site parking, they charge £5 per overnight stay. Also, be aware that, at the moment, the hotel is undergoing a major roof renovation and it is completely covered by scaffolding.

Great location and value for...

Liked: Hotel location was great, comfortable rooms, very busy hotel.
Disliked: Quite noisy on my floor, lots of families staying and children running around the corridors lots.

Disliked: The duvet was far too thin, was cold during the night, the water was far too hot and no cold water in the sink. The free view channels wasn't working so couldn't watch tv

Relaxing weekend.

Liked: We were greeted by Janetta on the reception. She was so professional but also with the most lovely approach to customer care. Straight away we felt welcome. Check in went smoothly and Janetta explained all relevant information regarding our stay and was a knowledge of local information. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean with all we needed. Everywhere we went within the hotel we were acknowledged with a lovely smile by all staff. We had a delicious meal on our first night. Again the staff in the bar and dining area were polite and friendly. Compliments to the chef, our meal was perfect.
Disliked: Just personal opinion but I would prefer a walk-in shower instead if a bath.
