Stay was good but the...

Liked: The property is clean and centrally located. Cleaning crew and house keep team was great and quick.
Disliked: I have experienced several issues with the property's billing and customer service. Specifically, I was charged an incorrect amount on my account.I have called multiple times to have this extra charge refunded. On each call, a staff member confirmed the refund would be processed, but it has not appeared on my statement. The information I've received from different staff members has been inconsistent, and my attempts to get a clear resolution have been unsuccessful.I am disappointed by the lack of follow-through and the unprofessional handling of what should have been a simple billing correction. This has caused unnecessary frustration, and I hope the property will take steps to improve its communication and accountability.

SUPPER CLEAN but do not...

Liked: VERY CLEAN!!!!!!!! Great location. Staff was helpful!
Disliked: We got a room with roll-in shower that flooded EVERYTIME we used the shower. They send someone to look at it but the problem is the floor that is level and the water doesn't flows back. We had to keep the floor covered in towels so no one would fall! THAT WAS A PAIN!!!!
