Liked: Location is great, opposite one side of the Port Authority Bus Terminal and very close to a subway station. Staff were friendly and helpful; rooms are very clean.
Disliked: New York prices are super high.

Liked: Everything!Starting with the location- 10 minutes walk from time square, just across the street from the subway station and port authority bus terminal, very easy to get to from jfk.The staff is super nice and helpful.The rooms are spacious compared to what is generally accepted in Manhattan.The rooms are very clean, and quiet.The hotel is nicely decorated, accessible also to the ones with mobility problems.I highly recommend and definately will come back again once I'll have another chance to visit New-york.Beds are super comfortable.
Disliked: Lighting in the room- no main ceiling light, only bedside lighting so the room is a little bit dark if you want to put make up on (the lighting in the shower is good but we were 3 girls and needed more then one room with good lighting in the morning).No closet in the room, only space to hang clothes.

Liked: Spacious room for a NY hotel & the king sized bed was comfortable. This hotel is very close to times square (< 10 min walk) and public transport.
Disliked: Hotel's lobby is extremely underwhelming & staff greeting guests at front desk are not too friendly. The hotel is > 30 floors and had only 2 functioning elevators. It took > 5 mins to get an elevator on the way in & out. The hotel is also very loud/noisy. You can hear your neighbors and the housekeeping services in the morning cleaning nearby rooms.
