Disliked: Staff at the reception are not very helpful, not welcoming.

Spacious and clean, air-conditioned room....

Liked: Room was spacious, air-conditioned (it was a hot day so that was great), and very clean. I stayed the night as I needed to concentrate on work, but I also enjoyed a nice bath. Good shower pressure. Had a quiet, productive night. Would return again.
Disliked: This hotel used to have a swimming pool, but I think it's closed - which is a pity (but it's costly to maintain, I understand). I know that there is now a gym (I didn't try this time as didn't have exercise wear).

Liked: Friendly staff at reception and at breakfast time. Room was cleaned well by a friendly lady. Ice available in room which was fabulous. Hotel clean and well kept. The food was well cooked and delicious.
Disliked: The outside seating area by the bar and restaurant was shabby and not well looked after. On our last evening we had to request the cushions for the outdoor sofas as they had not been put on. One cushion for me was brought out but I was waiting for the rest of my party who then had to request more cushions. The planting looked neglected which is such a shame because we love sitting outdoors when we're away and the courtyard has such potential.The TV was to the side of the beds in our family room which made it difficult to watch. Updated TV's would make a big difference.No mini fridge in room which was disappointing.

Liked: Spacious rooms , great facilities, excellent beer garden to seat n chill out , massive car park, excellent pillows and beds , bathroom size was bigger than some hotels entire room… friendly reception team… Excellent !!
Disliked: Nothing … all were good!
