Do not stay here much...

Liked: Absolutely disgusting experience with the manager at front desk. Nice clean hotel some of the staff were amazing. But guy at the front desk absolutely disgusting attitude never ever staying here again
Disliked: Telling my friends and family that travel quite frequently to stay away from this hotel due to the front desk guy. Disgusting attitude!!

Very good

Liked: Parking on site. Really nice public areas. Good lifts and room/bathroom were spacious and clean. Location worked well for us as we wanted to be central to Brindley Place but without the noise and bustle.
Disliked: There wasn’t anything I didn’t like. The rate we paid was high (and more than I would normally pay for Birmingham) but I appreciate that there was a concert on locally that had upped the rates considerably.

Liked: Nice hotel. Very nice staff. Surprise cake for my daughters 4th Spacious rooms and has a gym.

Liked: The guy at the front reception!!!!! OMG. What a disgusting attitude. Threw our money into the desk and actually called the police.
Disliked: He was definitely drunk and actually offered us a fight!!! Yes a FIGHT. Then called the police and acted as the victim!!!

Very poor facilities and nothing...

Liked: It s in Birmingham
Disliked: Room was very dirty and it was the hottest day of the year air conditioning was not working. No water in the room couldn’t open the window. Asked for some water and we were told to go downstairs and use the water fountain.
