Very good

Liked: It was clean the rooms were spacious main reason for choosing this hotel is it's closeness to where my family live
Disliked: The WC did not fully flush and shower was hard to turn off

Liked: The people were lovely, very friendly. Roo. S very, very Comfortable. Evening dinner was amazing, breakfast was great value. Will definitely be back

Liked: This hotel exceeded my expectations.My room overlooked the Dominican Priory and the Collegiate Church and was well heated on the evening of my arrival.The staff was extremely polite,helpful and welcoming.Parking was easy as the carpark is located directly opposite the hotel and is clearly signposted throughout Killmallock.I will definitely return and will recommend it to my family and friends.

This was a perfect location...

Liked: The hosts were welcoming and efficient.The beds were extremely comfortable and we had a very good nights sleep.There was very quick attention given to our TV which was not working on arrival.The breakfasts and suppers which we took in the restaurant were of a good quality with plenty of choice.
Disliked: There was a rather unpleasant smell of drains in our en-suite which didn’t go away after trying to spray it with perfume!,

Liked: Large very clean room with everything we needed. All staff were amazing nothing was too much trouble. They all went above and beyond my expectation.
